I personally had not heard of CTCMath before starting this review and was curious to try it out. Here are a few features we noticed with this online math curriculum.

Easy To Set Up And Change Grade Levels
When I received access to CTCMath Homeschool Membership, I went in and set up each student. CTCMath is a comprehensive curriculum and offers a wide range of math lessons, from Grade K to Grade 12. A student can easily be switched from one grade level to another and can work at their own pace without a deadline.
Being a large family mom, I love that my whole family has an account and that I am not limited to how many students. I set one up for my college student who is home this summer in case she wanted to refresh herself on calculus before her class this Fall, but she has been too busy working to check it out.
It is very simple to change grade levels if you feel you want your student to try something easier or harder. I just went in as Teacher and changed the levels for my children with a few clicks. The information in the other level stays saved in case you want to go back or forward.
Upbeat Australian Accent
We live in Wisconsin, USA and were pleasantly surprised by the Australian accent in the teacher's voice. For some reason, that voice makes my children more interested to listen than listening to my voice when I teach them a curriculum. I have to admit, I like to listen to the accent as well.
Fun Graphics On The Screen
Mitchell was doing the Grade K online math curriculum and the graphics on the screen are colorful, easy to see and count. I think that made it more interesting for him and he stayed engaged longer than I expected him to the very first time we tried it out. He is still interested and engaged now, four months later.
Short and Concise Lessons To Keep Student's Attention
Mason liked that his lessons were on the screen with the numbers being printed out while the speaker was explaining what he was learning. This seemed to keep his focus in the Grade 4 online math curriculum. Each lesson was short and concise so he didn't get too bored.
Math Multiplication Game To Play
After the lesson, both Mason and Miranda enjoyed the Times Table Shoot ‘Em Up Math Multiplication Game. It was challenging and fun.
A Few Different Ways To Answer The Questions
Miranda seemed to like this curriculum and it kept her interest at the Grade 6 online math curriculum. She discovered on her own that there were a few different ways to answer the questions. You could either use the keyboard to type your answer.
Or, click an icon on the screen that looks like a mini keyboard to bring up a number box that you can use the mouse to click the answer on.
Final Takeaways from this Online Math Curriculum
This program is great for someone looking for an online version of a math curriculum. It has short, to the point lessons that keep the student engaged. It keeps track of learning and scores it for you if you want to keep track. This online math curriculum covers everything your child needs for the grade level. I can't see anything negative about it.
