Hire a cleaner

The first thing that you should consider doing if you’re fed up of constantly doing housework is to hire a cleaner. You might think that you can’t afford to have a cleaner to come in and do your chores for you, but you’d be surprised at how affordable cleaners are in this day and age. Consider hiring a cleaner to come in at least once a week so that a huge chunk of the housework is taken off of your shoulders. You could even leave them a list of things to do if you have particularly hated chores!

Keep everything serviced

One main reason that things become mucky and unhygienic is because machinery and other equipment isn’t serviced; therefore it’s not working properly and often fluids leak and create a mess. Make sure that you keep everything serviced so that you’re minimising the amount of cleaning that you have to do. Keeping your pool clean is important, but it can be a difficult and time-consuming job. Consider hiring total pool service to come in and check all of the equipment and also give it thorough deep clean. This will save you having to worry about doing it after a long day!

Ditch the chemicals

While the chemicals that we buy are great for cleaning things, they can also be harmful to our lungs and also delicate materials and surfaces. Ditch the chemicals and opt for more natural ways of cleaning. This will save you time and effort because you can often leave a stubborn stain to be lifted with some vinegar and baking soda, then simply wipe clean later on. There are many rooms around your home that can be cleaned using more natural resources, so consider ditching the chemicals for your health and time!

Create a rota

When there is more than one person living in a property, mess can quickly accrue. More often than not the cleaning is usually taken on more by one person. Instead, make a cleaning rota for everyone that lives with you so that you’re not piled onto with lots of housework. Make sure everyone cleans their own mess and you should find it much easier! Definitely something to consider if you’re fed up of picking everyone else’s mess up!
