Zonli Soft Faux Fur Futon Mattress Product Review

My adult son, Maris, has a bedroom in our basement. It gets cold down there in Wisconsin USA where we live. We thought it would be nice for him to have a warmer futon mattress. So we were thrilled when Zonli provided a soft faux fur futon mattress for our review.

When we received the package, we took it to my bedroom at first to open it. We were surprised to see how compact the soft faux fur futon mattress was.

This is what it looked like when we unzipped it and pulled back the top cover.

Zonli is very wise to have sent us another holder for after the mattress is opened. Seeing the labeled bag is what made us realize that this will probably get rather large, once opened. So we decided to take it down to my son's room and open it near the futon.

When Maris opened the clear plastic bag, air seemed to fill the soft faux fur futon mattress and it grew to regular size. Maris placed it on his standard size futon. For this review, we placed it over his old mattress since that is how he is planning to use it for extra thickness.

Maris sat on it to test it out. I asked him some questions, his answers basically said that it felt soft and was warm, but not too warm. He said, “It's nice.” In my opinion, it does look nice.

Maris wanted to try laying on it. He placed the futon frame in the sleeping position and put the mattress in place. It looked very soft and comfortable to me. It is large enough to cover the entire mattress and hang off the ends a bit.

Maris sat down at the edge and then laid back, relaxing. He didn't say anything, but really seemed to enjoy the comfort.

I thought it would be good to bag it up for the review and told Maris he could take it back out after I took a few photos. The bag looks small at first, but it has a deep gusset.

Amazingly, it all fits very nicely inside!

It has a nice carrying handle that makes it easy to travel with if Maris decided to take it with him somewhere. Or, for storage when the heat of summer comes.

Conclusion

In our opinion, this is a high quality product with a nice carrying bag. The soft faux fur futon mattress is warm and comfortable, but not too hot. It looks very nice too.
