Does Your Home’s Exterior Need A Refresh In Time For Summer?

While a lot of us are still getting wind and rain a-plenty, the signs of summer coming up around the corner are starting to show themselves a lot more, lately. It’s hard not to notice the rise in temperature, and it might have you thinking about when you will finally get to spend time out in the garden again. Before you rush to do that, however, you might want to take a more scrutinous eye over the exterior of the home. The wind and weather might have a little more to spoil it than you realize and that could mean there’s some work to do before you’re able to relax just yet.

Start with the backyard

Perhaps the most notable part of the exterior that needs your immediate attention is the backyard. With spring well and truly underway, your lawn has likely already grown a few inches and, if you haven’t taken care of it yet, now is the time. This is the perfect time of year to check the health of the lawn and to scarify the lawn or do any seed planting that you might need.
