Mollie Makes

Mollie Makes is a lifestyle and craft magazine for those who live creatively. I am so honored that they found my work and liked it well enough to include in their article. They are on top of crafting trends, which their staff will even re-create and try out! I can just imagine someone there sewing up the popcorn bag and then putting it in the office microwave for everyone to taste some popcorn! They give up-and-coming designers their first platform. Am I an “up-and-coming” designer? Probably not, I really just aim to make things that are needed in the home and I have a lot of people to feed being a mom of 8, so we need that bag!

The Mollie Makes website showcased an article with 43 sustainable crafts to make. This article has practical projects that can help you use up your stash so you don't have to waste scrap material. The items you make using these tutorials are eco-friendly and can be used repeatedly. Some of the items on this list are things I have already been making for my home, but I found several more ideas I would like to try. My DIY popcorn bag is #41 in the list. Check it out yourself, by clicking the link below…
