1. One Nation Under God Set (Student Book and Teacher Guide) by Master Books

What You Get:
- Teacher Guide
- One Nation Under God textbook
There are colorful photos, illustrations, graphs, original writings, letters, maps and more throughout the One Nation Under God textbook. The book is organized into nine units, with each unit containing four weekly lessons. Each lesson is further broken down into five daily exercises to establish a predictable routine for the student.
The Teacher Guide gives you a suggested daily schedule for a 180 day school year. It tells what to do each day in both the textbook and the workbook. That is so handy for me. I don't even have to lesson plan for this subject! There are work pages with exercises to do to help remember what was read. There is also a few cumulative review tests throughout the book. The answers for these are in the back of Teacher Guide.
I feel so safe giving my high schooler Master Books because I know it will be fully saturated with biblical truth. This is a top priority for my homeschool. I don’t have to choose between enjoyable social study credits and our faith. I can get both in one. We especially loved reading the “Biblical Worldview Analysis” sections. Check it out here.

In this Art Appreciation (Family Study), what your child will see in the printed materials does not have nudity. There are links, videos, etc. from QR codes or the website listed in the Teacher Guide in case you prefer to show some of this type of Art. Icons in the Teacher Guide as well as notes on the links page make it clear which videos should be approached with caution, especially if you are using this with young children. Some tips are also given on how to approach this topic with older children in the best way. Choosing to have no nudity, is one thing I love about this Christian curriculum.
It's simple to use. How I use it is I first check the Teacher Guide for what needs to be done in today's lesson. I start at the top where it says, “Read (from the Book of Artists)” and work my way down the list for the day to other things to do, which may include: “Discuss,” “Record (in the Art Notebook),” “Play, Explore, or Rabbit Trails,” and some lessons have us use the Art Print cards. Check it out here.

Over the course of four years, with all four bundles, your homeschool student would earn 17.5 credits. It covers 7 subjects in one curriculum package.
It is so much easier to homeschool your kids when they like the curriculum! What Miranda really likes is that the curriculum is broken up into some variations and she is not doing the same thing every day. She loves to read, so it's nice to have the books. Miranda also loves to watch videos, so that part has been really fun and she has not complained about a single one. I am so happy with the biblical worldview and that the authors keep it Christ-centered throughout the curriculum. Also, having the Course Credits Chart is the best! It's great to have this curriculum done for me, including the lesson plans. Check it out here.
