There is a lot going on in the news right now here in the United States. Some of the more important things going on are the shortages and tariffs. I am talking about power shortages as well as food, clothing, shoes and other item shortages. Then the tariffs make the prices even worse in some cases.

We don't need to fear, but I do feel that we should be wise and buy what we know we will need for this season and the next, if we can. By doing this, we will have what we need and save money in the long run. Prices on food and some other items will not be as low as they are today in the future.

Power Outages
The United States has been through several weather anomalies recently, which often causes power outages. You can check at any time to see who is out of power at this website. Just click the state you want to see to have more details. You can click which county you would like to see as well. Remember to get some items you would like to have in case of a power outage. Also, consider the temperature if it is super hot or super cold outside to make your family more comfortable.

Food, Clothing, Shoes and Other Items Price Hikes
Watch out, folks. The prices of food, clothing, shoes and other items are going up yet again. The July 9th letters sent regarding more tariffs is a concern. Even the foods grown in our country are having shortages due to the weather, lack of bees for pollination and in some areas retired farmers with no one to take over the farm. Other places are having drought, too much rain or flooding and fire damage.
