Essential Oils Recipes for Energy Focus Lose Weight

I was reading a book recently and wanted to share some of what I learned with you. The book is called “The Essential Oils Hormone Solution: Reclaim Your Energy and Focus and Lose Weight Naturally” by Dr. Mariza Snyder. I have been trying out the essential oil recipes in this book and want to share some with you.

Energy

As a mom of eight kids with seven currently living at home, I need energy to do “all the things” so I was excited to read this chapter. I found a few recipes that help me. There are several more in the book.

Diffuse – 4 drops Purification®, 3 drops Eucalyptus with water up to 30 minutes three times daily.

Inhale – Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding) or Lemon.

Topical Rollerball Blend – 10 drops Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding), 15 drops Orange, carrier oil to fill 10 mL glass roller bottle. Roll on pulse points, including behind the ears as needed.

Focus

I teach my children homeschool and need to focus to plan their lessons, correct any homework and to teach my children without getting side-tracked.

Also, I am an entrepreneur and need to focus to complete tasks and meet deadlines so that our family can have the money we need to pay our expenses.

Here are a few recipes from Dr. Mariza Snyder's book that I enjoy.

Diffuse – 3-4 drops Lemon, Lime or Orange up to 30 minutes three times daily to enhance mental focus and maintain concentration. Or, 4 drops Orange, 3 drops Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding) with water up to 10 minutes three times daily.

Inhale – Rosemary (if not pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition), Lemon, Lime or Orange.

Topical Rollerball Blend – 10 drops Lavender, 8 drops Grapefruit, 3 drops Basil (omit if pregnant, breastfeeding, epileptic or have blood clotting disorders), 3 drops Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding), carrier oil to fill 10 mL glass roller bottle. Roll on temples and massage in gently, at least twice a day.

Lose Weight

This is the last section of the book and I am currently making my way through it and am on day 3 of her “14 Day Rescue Meal Plan” and I am impressed that her food plan is normal and has foods that I do like to eat and are easy to find in the grocery store. There is only one thing I have to learn how to make that I did not recognize and that is quinoa. I did find it, I have just never tried it. I am also pleased to say that these essential oil recipes have helped me curb my cravings so it feels easier to do this.

Diffuse – 2 drops Bergamot, 2 drops Lemon, 1 drop Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding), 1 drop Rosemary (if not pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition) with water up to 10 minutes three times daily.

Inhale – Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding), Grapefruit, Orange, or Lemon.

Topical Rollerball Blend for general cravings – 10 drops Grapefruit, 10 drops Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding), 5 drops Cinnamon Bark, 5 drops Ginger, carrier oil to fill 10 mL glass roller bottle. Roll on pulse points and deeply inhale. (Grapefruit and Peppermint curb cravings, Ginger eases digestive system, Cinnamon works to balance blood sugar levels, plus a bonus of immune support!)

Topical Rollerball Blend for sugar cravings – 10 drops Peppermint (omit if breastfeeding), 10 drops Grapefruit, 10 drops Lemon, carrier oil to fill 10 mL glass roller bottle. Roll on wrists and inhale deeply as needed.
